Quality matters, and for customers and end-users looking to do business with an organization focused on continually improving, problem-solving, and decreasing defects, a quality management system (QMS) is a must. Since 2010, Videon has been AS9100 certified, which is the international Quality Management System standard for the Aviation, Space, and Defense industry. In short: our devices are so durable and reliable that they can legally be inside of an airplane. So live streaming inside of a stadium, concert venue, or conference center? We can do that and more.

The Highest Level of Operational Efficiency
If you're new to QMS or quality management systems, the AS9100 is the current standard of excellence. While many companies are ISO9001 certified, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone else who holds the AS9100 Certification due to the rigorous procedure of validating every process. Our AS9100 Certification verifies that Videon's nine core processes and 18 supporting processes meet or exceed specific requirements that are validated through an annual deep dive audit.

But the AS9100 certification does more than audit processes, it scrutinizes quality, durability, vendor and supplier processes, and even company management and leadership to ensure company-wide excellence.

What is the difference between ISO 9001 and AS9100?

When comparing AS9100 vs. ISO 9001, the additional aerospace requirements are the differentiator. The AS9100 standard complies with the ISO 9001 standard exactly with no exceptions; however, additional requirements have been added.

AS9100 further validates our standard of excellence with product realization, measurement, analysis and improvement, risk management, product safety, management of counterfeit parts, ethical behavior and human factors, and additional requirements for the design and development, purchasing, and production.
